Synergy’s Social Media Policies and Procedures

Synergy’s Social Media Policies and Procedures

socialmediatipsSocial Media can be a powerful tool in building and supporting your Synergy WorldWide business.

Synergy WorldWide’s Policies and Procedures document provides specific direction related to its use, so you can confidently and effectively utilize those applications, as well as those provided by Synergy directly.  Specifically applicable are the Code of Ethics, Marketing, Advertising Synergy Products, and Social Media and Social Networking sections of that document.

Key points from those policies include:

    • Conduct business in a professional, ethical, lawful, prudent manner.
    • All account messaging and profile information must be accurate and not misleading and otherwise comply with all requirements in these Policies and Procedures and any instructions otherwise issued by Synergy WorldWide.
    • Identify yourself as an Independent Distributor of Synergy WorldWide.
    • Use Synergy’s “Independent Distributor” logo, provided that this logo is only used with Synergy products and not with any competitor’s products or services. Other use of intellectual property belonging to Synergy is forbidden unless express permission is given in writing by Synergy.
    • Sell Synergy products as food, vitamin, minerals and nutritional supplements only. (No Synergy product is sold for direct or indirect use in the prevention, cure, treatment or mitigation of disease.)
    • DO NOT DIAGNOSE DISEASES OR “PRESCRIBE” ANY PRODUCTS.
    • Never recommend to anyone that they discontinue the services, recommendations or medications of any doctor or other healthcare professional.
    • Do not attribute any medicinal uses to any Synergy product or nutritional supplement.
    • Do not make inappropriate claims about the products.  Appropriate claims would relate to the benefits advertised on the Synergy corporate website, including the product labels.  They typically discuss the product as it relates to the system or organ of a person’s body. (An example of a lawful statement would be: Synergy’s ProArgi9+ contains Vitamin B6 and B12 which contribute to normal red blood cell formation and homocysteine metabolism.)
    • Professional marketing accounts should not be used for casual, non-professional messaging. No offensive or political videos, pictures, graphics, text or otherwise objectionable messaging may be used in association with the account.
    • Personal / Non-professional accounts must abide by all of the aforementioned controls and restrictions. Comments and exchanges should be professional and appropriate at all times.

For further detail regarding these policies, review the Policies and Procedures document, including the Code of Ethics, Member Restrictions, and Marketing sections, as well as contact Customer Service or email hotline@synergyworldwide.com.

5 New Pearl Executives in June!

5 New Pearl Executives in June!

newpearls-korea0716In the fourth consecutive month of executive pin title advancements, five Synergy Korea Team Members became Pearl Executives and are already eagerly working toward the Emerald Executive title. Each of these five Team Members has a unique story and skillset that makes them highly valued at Synergy WorldWide.

Get to know more about our newest executives:

Chan Woo Kim, Pearl Executive

Before joining Synergy, Chan Woo was a successful network marketer for a company that altogether failed over time. Though his business came to a screeching halt, he still believed in the network marketing vision. When he discovered Synergy, he loved everything about the company, including Korea’s Eagles System and his dedicated sponsor.

“Pearl Executive is just the beginning,” Chan Woo said. “I know I can do so much with the Eagles System. I will be a Synergy leader who is modest, earnest, and successful.”

Joon Seok Jang, Pearl Executive

Joon Seok came to Synergy with a great deal of network marketing experience under his belt. He was a top leader for another company, but was impressed by Synergy WorldWide’s vision. He left the company he was with excited about Synergy’s future and what he could contribute to it. Joon Seok is tackling his goals and thrilled to be a long-term part of Synergy.

Hyun Sook Lee, Pearl Executive

Hyun Sook is a highly successful insurance agent that has no trouble bringing in sales; however, the rewards she is reaping from her part-time Synergy business are encouraging her to invest more and more time away from the insurance office.

Always emphasizing the importance of teamwork, Hyun Sook said, “Without team work, I couldn’t be an executive. I achieved this title through the support of many people. I know I have to help them just like they’ve helped me.”

Seung Kyu Shin, Pearl Executive

Seung Kyu was working for his family’s engineering business when he realized the network marketing opportunity was too great to pass up. His first network marketing venture failed, but he did not give up. He wanted to find a company that would make his dreams come true.

“I met my personal sponsor through Synergy and she gave me a second chance,” Seung Kyu said. “Many thanks to Yun Tae Hwang who developed the Eagles System and to my sponsor Young Ok Park. Because of what they’ve done for me, I will continue to succeed and become a great leader.”

Young Soon Park, Pearl Executive

Young Soon was a top network marketing leader for a company in Korea until one day the company closed its Korea office. Eight years of hard work disappeared in one day. After meeting Yun Tae Hwang, Young Soon joined Synergy. Following the Eagles System and counsel from Yun Tae, Young Soon’s business grew quickly. He’s grateful that his network marketing path has led him to where he is now.

“I’d like to thank my family for supporting me, and I would like to thank Yun Tae for always helping me,” she said. “I will give the same support to my partners.”

Synergy Sponsored IAM Cycling Excels in Le Tour de France

Synergy Sponsored IAM Cycling Excels in Le Tour de France

jarlinson_pantano

The world’s most famous cycling race is in the middle of its final week, and Synergy Sponsored cycling group IAM Cycling is in the thick of competition.

Synergy-576562760Competing in the oldest and most prestigious cycling competition in the world, IAM Cycling is putting a world class effort into each grueling stage. Most recently, IAM Cycling’s Jarlinson Pantano won 1st place in Stage 15, while Jérôme Coppel took 4th place in Stage 13, and Stef Clement took 4th place in Stage 12. These Synergy sponsored riders are definitely making a name for themselves in the competition! Click here to stay updated on each stage and check the current ranking of all the competitors and teams.

This is IAM Cycling’s third time competing in the Tour de France. Over the course of three weeks, athletes endure a constant battle of mental and physical fatigue, changing weather and elements, drastic changes in elevation, as well as the logistical issues of crowding spectators and coordinating caravans and team cars.

Each stage of the race comes with its own set of challenges. In stage 9, IAM Cycling’s Leigh Howard found himself in a position that no one wants to be in—nearly left behind. After stopping to replace both wheels and eventually changing bikes, Howard was in danger of being left in no man’s land and was forced to chase down the group on the descent. To do this, Howard pushed himself to the limit and topped out his speedometer at 122.7 kilometers per hour (75 miles per hour).

The Tour de France is a world class example of peak athletic competition. We are honored to know that IAM Cycling athletes are relying on Synergy products to push them through their difficult journey and hope everyone shows them their support as they push through to the last race day on July 24.
