Leaders Enjoy Adventure and Sunshine in Miami

Our 2021 North America (NA) Leadership Retreat was an exhilarating success! Leaders from across North America accompanied Synergy to the golden beaches of Miami, FL for a weekend filled with sunshine and adventure. Located in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco Historic District, the Royal Palm hotel offered luxury accommodations including stunning beach access and limitless dining options.

Synergy kicked off the Miami Retreat with a loaded breakfast buffet and situated in an oceanfront breezeway. A business meeting followed where leaders took part in an inspiring discussion about all of the new programs, website, and marketing tools coming in 2022, as well as strategies for elevating Synergy to new heights within the NA market. Following their exclusive training, Leaders were free to explore all Miami had to offer. Gerri and Jerry Bingham even hopped aboard a jet ski to ride the waves while others simply relaxed on the beach.

The next morning, the group headed west, traveling through downtown Miami and out into the marshlands. The adventure continued with a private airboat tour across the vast Florida Everglades. Picture-perfect, sunny weather and a gentle breeze made for a comfortable boat ride as the guide shared facts and history of the area. Synergy leaders witnessed a variety of wildlife, including birds of prey and wild alligators. In fact, a full-grown alligator swam right past the boat as it returned to the dock.

The event culminated in a poolside dinner buffet with local entertainment. During the dinner, special messages from the sponsor of each qualifier were shared and two individuals received rank advancement certificates and pins. Every qualifier also received a unique, local gift from the Wynwood district of Miami, which is famous for its colorful street art.

Miami’s success was not only measured by these few days of fun, but will yet be measured as 2022 goes on. We extend our gratitude to our outstanding leadership representatives who qualified and attended and look forward to even more of our valued Team Members being among those who qualify for our next North American event!
