Activity Bonus Program

Activity Bonus Program

Introducing the new program designed to reward you for the best business building practices.

Starting February 1, 2014, Synergy Team Members can earn two monthly cash bonuses while establishing a strong foundation of residual income.

Personal Activity Bonus (PAB)
Simply sponsor 2 New Team Members and 2 New customers in a month to earn a PAB. The bonus gets bigger with each consecutive month you accomplish this goal! See below for more details.

Duplication Activity Bonus (DAB)
Earn this bonus each time your newly sponsored Team Members earn their own PAB. The bonus gets bigger (up to $2,000 monthly!) as the number of your successful Team Members increases. See below for more details.

Play the video below to see the excitement of Synergy Founder Dan Higginson and Director of Sales Howard Hannemann for what this program can do for your business.

The Purpose of the Activity Bonus Program
This program has been designed to help Team Members master the art of building a long-term residual income. While these cash bonuses are wonderful incentives, the real rewards of the Activity Bonus Program come later. As people develop the monthly habits of sponsoring, enrolling, and leading others to do the same, they’ll quickly find their income increasing as their Mega-Match commissions start to skyrocket.

Become a master business builder. Earn cash along the way.

Your Activity Bonus Claim Form
In order to receive their Personal Activity and Duplication Activity Bonuses, Team Members will need to submit the Activity Bonus Program Claim Form. We encourage leaders to help their Team Members fill out and submit these helpful forms as this practice has been shown to increase accountability and productivity.

The claim forms must be submitted by 12 midnight (Mountain Time) on the last day of each month.

Promotion Period: February 1 through September 30, 2014.

The Fine Print: The Activity Bonus Program is only applicable for North American Team Members and customer enrollments. “New Team Members” are defined as those who are sponsored during the promotion period. Recap: January Open House/Gold Camp

Recap: January Open House/Gold Camp

Presidential Executive & Open House Host Paul Blad

What an exciting weekend! Enthusiastic Team Members and guests arrived in large numbers, bringing with them a contagious energy and an impressive attitude of learning. Synergy WorldWide sincerely thanks all those who made these events such a tremendous success.

The weekend kicked off at the manufacturing facility, as Team Members arrived Friday afternoon to tour the labs, warehouse and production rooms. Over 100 people were welcomed by Howard Hanneman before they joined their tour guides. As a special treat, Manager of Global Quality Brian Gabbitas took a break from the tests of the Herb Lab to speak to each group. He addressed several important topics including radiation protection, mineral identification, and the exemplary purity and potency of the Synergy product line.

Following the tours, event attendees filled the seats and lined the walls of Synergy HQ. It was standing room only— the presentation room was bursting! Powerful presentations were given by our talented leaders. For example, Double Presidential Dianne Leavitt emotionally shared a few ways the Synergy Advantage has changed her life for the better. Other speakers such as Eric Glenn, Steve Seely, Bill Styles and Dane Iorg wowed the room with their own stories, showing the strong foundation and endless potential of our company.

The crowd continued to grow for the evening meetings. Product Expert and Director of Global Programs LaMar Wiscombe taught how Synergy products should be used to greatly enhance health. The 2014 Legacy Retreat recap video was premiered, showing one of the many rewards awaiting dedicated business builders. Paul Blad and Rudy Pedroza coached the crowd and challenged them to seize the rewards made possible by the Synergy compensation plan.

It was an inspiring day made great by all who participated.

The next day’s Gold Camp, held at the Provo Marriott Hotel, was again attended by an ambitious group of 160 Team Members. The Gold Camp training focused purely on effective, efficient business building. Synergy Vice President Stewart Rutter, Director of Sales Howard Hannemann, and Presidential Executives Paul Blad and Rudy Pedroza were the featured presenters, sharing expert advice sure to improve the work habits of all present. R.I. Training President William Black led the second session, providing each attendee with valuable information. The feedback has been incredibly positive for this event, and we are already looking forward to the next one.

Synergy WorldWide extends our gratitude to all who attended Open House and Gold Camp. The feedback has been tremendous. The willingness of our leaders to share personal stories and heart felt comments is incredibly appreciated. If these events are any indication, 2014 is sure to be a fantastic year for North America.

THE NEXT OPEN HOUSE/GOLD CAMP WEEKEND: March 28-29, 2014. CLICK HERE to register for Gold Camp!

Food Donations at Upcoming Synergy Events

Food Donations at Upcoming Synergy Events

All Open House and Gold Camp attendees who bring in food or cash donations will be entered into an exclusive raffle.

The winner will take home an exciting prize from Synergy WorldWide!

We have an exciting weekend coming up: Our special Open House happens Friday, January 24, and Gold Camp is happening at the Provo Marriott hotel on Saturday the 25th. What makes these events all-the-more exciting is a chance for you to lend a hand, do something great for those in need, and win a gift to take home.

Synergy WorldWide and Nature’s Sunshine are proud to be hosting a food donation drive on behalf of the Utah Food Bank. In connection with our upcoming events, we would like to invite YOU, our friends and Team Members, to help us collect food to fight hunger in Utah.

How it Will Work

  1. Arrive at Friday’s Open House* and/or Saturday’s Gold Camp
  2. Hand your donation to the designated Synergy staff member
  3. Receive a special raffle ticket
  4. Cross your fingers and hope your ticket number is drawn! There will be winners at each event!

If you would like to donate food or cash but are unable to do so at this weekend’s events, feel free to bring it by the Synergy corporate office anytime between now and February 14th. We will gladly accept your donations and ensure that it all goes to the right place.

Note that food/cash donors will be eligible to win an exclusive prize in addition to the regularly held raffles/giveaways featured at these events. In other words, bring in donations to double your chance of winning!

Why Donate
According to Feeding America and the Utah Food Bank, 1-in-6 Utahans and 1-in-5 children are unsure where their next meal will come from. Every day, approximately 472,000 Utahans risk missing at least one meal. After the holiday season, food donations drastically decrease; with the spring-summer months being the greatest time of need. The Utah Food Bank will accept cash contributions in lieu of food donations, and has the ability to turn every $1 donation into $8 worth of goods and services.

*You can submit your donation and receive a raffle ticket at either the Manufacturing Facility or Synergy HQ portion of the Open House

Craft the Perfect Elevator Pitch

Craft the Perfect Elevator Pitch

You have 30 seconds to tell me why Synergy WorldWide has the products and business opportunity for me. Ready, go.

While scrambling for what to say, you will probably mention the product quality, generous compensation plan, incredible leaders and exciting events. After exceeding your 30-second time limit, you might remember that you didn’t mention Synergy’s promotions or its service projects. You may have also left out what Synergy products are actually formulated to do.

Do you feel like you are shoving the entire circus into a clown car? Well, you aren’t the only one. It’s almost impossible to nail an elevator pitch without preparation.

Crafting an elevator pitch is a lot like writing the thesis of an essay. You want to give your audience a succinct description of your topic, combining a few key elements to give them a general idea of the company’s goals, all while setting yourself apart from other company’s pitches and making your audience care about the idea or product you are selling.

Now, it’s time to start drafting. Use these six tips to give your elevator pitch the hook it needs.

1. Define your core message. If your audience takes one thing away from your elevator pitch, what will it be? Determine what this is. What is the most important thing you wish to share about Synergy WorldWide? Your pitch should revolve around this message.

2. Write it down. Write down everything you’d want a prospective Synergy customer or distributor to know about the company. Now cross out anything that you know is not essential to piquing the interest of your audience. The points that remain should summarize your core message.

3. Organize. Begin your pitch by quickly divulging who you are and what company or product you are talking about. Here, you can mention when Synergy was founded and what its core principles are. This should take 10-15 second of your 30-second pitch. The rest of the time should be spent selling your audience on the core message.

4. Tailor to your audience. Your pitch is not about you. Your pitch is about your audience. What is in it for them? Some of Synergy’s most successful Team Members find people to sponsor by telling them why Synergy fits their needs. You may want to prepare a few variations of your pitch so that you can connect with various demographics.

5. Cut out fancy language. Be real. Be personable. Communicate professionally, but in a way that makes it easy for your audience to relate to you. Lose the network marketing jargon for a few seconds; this will disconnect the audience from your core message.

6. Practice. Make sure your pitch is effective. Share it with your associates and ask for their opinion. Practice until all nerves subside and you are confident presenting your pitch to anyone and everyone.

If your pitch isn’t resonating with your audience, keep editing. Find a different approach. If you get your pitch right, you may find that more and more of your contacts are latching on to Synergy’s products and business plan.
