Recap: Dr. Sandberg’s Exclusive Group Event

Here at Synergy HQ, we are always excited to have Team Members from around the world pay us a visit. This last weekend was especially exciting.

Team Director Dr. Jim Sandberg made arrangements for about 25 members of his team to fly in to Salt Lake City. Some came from Kansas, some from South Dakota, several from the east coast, some from the west coast, and even one happy Canadian! These guests were prepared to soak-up as much information as they could, information they planned to apply to their individual businesses.

Dr. Sandberg planned carefully, organizing leaders from his upline to speak to and train his team. He worked with Synergy’s corporate staff to arrange a tour of the manufacturing facility. Lynda Hammons, Synergy’s VP of Quality Assurance, was there to welcome the group and give them an up-close look at each lab in her department. The group met and learned from members of our Executive Team, including Synergy President Dan Norman and VP Stewart Rutter.

This group brought a contagious energy, and made each tour and training session a lot of fun.  Most had already experienced the benefits of the products for themselves. All were enthusiastic about the earning potential created by the compensation plan. They enjoyed meals together, learned from each other, helped on another and an overall fantastic team experience.

On behalf of Synergy North America, we would like to sincerely thank Dr. Jim Sandberg and everyone of his guests for coming to be with us at this event. It was truly a pleasure to have you, and we wish you all the best in your efforts.

Leaders Discuss Impact of Business Builder Conference

At the beginning of 2013, Dr. Douglas Pfeiffer and Dr. Bruce Lewandowski were two ProArgi-9+ fans with limited interest in building a profitable Synergy business. Thankfully, leaders from their upline encouraged them to attend that year’s Business Builder Conference, held in April. They followed the advice, registered for the conference and flew to Las Vegas to attend the event. That experience transformed their perspective and their income.

Today, Doctors Pfeiffer and Lewandowski are two of North America’s top leaders. They both finished 2013 as Top 50 point earners. They both qualified for the Cancun vacation and leave in less than a month. They have each achieved the rank of Team Leader and are aiming for even higher ranks. They qualified for Korea Cash, prizes, and ever increasing commissions and bonuses. According to them, it all started when they decided to attend the Business Builder Conference.

First Duplication Bonuses Achieved

North America has its first Duplication Bonus Earners! We would like to congratulate Tommy Bethards and David Johnston for hitting this milestone and earning extra cash. Last year they conquered the Top 50 Challenge, and this year they are committed to making the most out of the Activity Bonus Program.

Earlier in the month, just after learning about the program, Tommy and David sought out two new customers along with two great new Team Members, Alexander and Kathleen. Doing so earned them a quick $50 Personal Activity Bonus (PAB) and created potential for duplication and real business building.

The next step for Tommy and David was to work proactively with Kathleen and Alexander, helping them to earn their own PABs.

Alexander, a college student, quickly found two new customers and, for his first time ever, sponsored a new Team Member! Well done Alexander!

Kathleen, also a student, followed suit not long after. Upon receiving her first check, Kathleen called Tommy, excitedly thanking him and expressing her enthusiasm for the business opportunities ahead.

Both Alexander and Kathleen have much to be excited about. Simply adding their Personal Activity Bonuses to their Fast Start Bonus and commissions this month results in a nice chunk of cash sure to help any student’s budget. As for Tommy and David, their hard work has earned them $300 just in Activity Bonuses this month, and the foundation of their Mega-Match-earning business is now stronger than ever.
